I go twice a day Monday to Friday when on my 15 minute break and almost always do drive thru unless they’re are more than 6-7 cars then I go in and do take out. Today there were 8-9 cars and it took over 10 minutes to get served, watched 11 cars do drive through and only 3 people ahead of me inside the restaurant. 1 guy was going around wiping surfaces on both sides of the counter and I commend him for it considering COVID-19 but when people are waiting this long it’s a no brain decision to still serve people in a timely fashion. Not only did I have to wait that long she forgot my hash brown. No apology for the wait or for forgetting my hash brown I’d rate 5/5 but management needs to address priority of sufficient staff. Was told it will be 2 minutes for the wraps can you pull in a spot and they will bring it out. Waited 15 minutes called the store. Someone ran out with 1 wrap I informed her that I was waiting for 2 wraps. She then went to tell me I only ordered 1. I explained that I ordered 2 and I have my receipt and then she told me she didn't know where I was so she just didn't come out with it.
