My experience was somewhat displeasing. First, I had to call for an employee to come take my order. When she came to the till I ordered two meals. Then I am informed that my food won't be done for another 10 to 12 minutes. Which isn't long. Fair enough, but first let me tell you about the chicken and fries that sat under the heat lamp uncovered the whole time it took to place my order, until our chicken was almost done cooking. At which time she took the fries to the back. What she took them to the back to do what with? Im guessing they reheated them by re-frying them or how ever they cook their the chicken. The other meal was spicy wings. I wasn't aware that my wings were ghost pepper wings, which is something I'm not able to eat as hot peppers don't agree wirh me. I wish the lady would've informed me they only had ghost pepper wings. Now, getting back to where I left off earlier. They took the fries that had to have been reheated again and then had the nerve to still box them up with the chicken strips. I don't know about anyone else, but I like my fries hot and fresh. Not heated back up and then boxed up for my displeasure. Myself and the other person I was with ended up just getting a burger at McDonald's instead of eating what we were given. I'm sorry to say all this. I understand the costs of things are high thanks to inflation but come on. People like their fries and chicken fresh. Firstly I know it’s fast food so I do have realistic expectations. The food in general I find ok/decent for what it is. I don’t like the fact that the mashed potato with gravy tastes of curry, not for me. The staff and atmosphere they create is my main issue. Terrible terrible customer service, rude and arrogant. We stopped in yesterday evening, ordered from a lady who obviously wasn’t having a good day or maybe just doesn’t like customers, we got our drinks then sat at a table (in the area not blocked by chairs as they obviously didn’t want customers using that area hence it was closed off). Anyways waited an acceptable time, got called for our order, we go get the food and return to our seats. We were the only people there. Return to our seats and open the food. Now the same person who just handed it to us, comes from behind the counter to tell us to leave. A bit of a language barrier but I thought she was joking at first then assumed she was reminding us to leave immediately as soon as we are done, given we ordered from her, sat in seating in front of her and she is the one who called us to the counter to get our food less than 60 seconds before. Why wouldn’t she say this from the very start, when I mentioned this to her she just said we needed to leave now, the door was still open for others to come in, the drive thru was still open to the public and we only had sandwiches not large meals. Bought a family meal and many extras on the grand opening day. we were short a large piece of chicken out of the meal and were feeding a lot of people so it mattered. We called in and they said next visit we would get a free piece of chicken. OK great. So next visit this last weekend we presented the bill and asked for the free piece of chicken as well as were also going to use the 2 for 1 chicken sandwich and side coupon we got in the mail. They did not honor the coupon and said it was for the grand opening day only. We didn't want to argue more and just ended up sharing one chicken sandwich since we were there already to see what it was like. Well It was dry bread, not what we expected/not very good. plus took forever to get the order. The piece of chicken was the smallest wing piece they could possibly give us when the meal before we were shorted was a large piece. Very upset with there customer relations, also cheeping out and dealing with problems. Upset they didn't honor there coupon that expired the 30th of November. Wont be going back ever.
