Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Prince Albert

Worst management ever came across!!!!!!! I went there, ordered my pepperoni pizza on Thursday morning. A rude reply came from back that there is wait for same orders & I think that was the manager. Oh well!!! I didn't know someone gave same order as mine & I am not suppose to change my mind for that. He came to front and gave me some useless suggestions which I didn't prefer .Then he gave me a look as if I was so cheap to order pepperoni pizza. I had to wait there for almost 20 min to get my pizza. I didn't even get any apology for the delay . And frankly speaking about the pizza, I have to throw that away as it was under cooked. I showed up and wanted a pizza that had to be cooked. The guy working the counter told me to wait in my truck and he’d bring the pizza out in 15 minutes. After waiting 20 i called the store. The same guy told me that I had to come back in to get it. I told him that he told me he’d bring it out to me. He said “I’m helping customers” but the store was empty when I called. I again told him that he told me that he’d bring it out. He did come out and didn’t say anything to me when he handed me the pizza through my window. Needless to say, i won’t be going back to Little Caesars in Prince Albert. A city I’ve spent almost my entire life. I give this experience two thumbs...

From a 4 star to a 1 star. First never have the traditional pepperoni pizza but they will always try and up sell. Switch and bate, customer service is ok depending on who you get. The one woman (blonde) is rude and ignorant. I’ll never buy from this place again and I recommend everyone to avoid them as well. I have given them months to fix the store. Made many requests to have them make pepperoni ready as myself, and two company’s would order from them. No more.
