Whenever I order a hot drink I say "Absolutely no foam please" and I take the lid of and there's like 2 inches of foam on top??? I'm not sure how "absolutely no foam" can mean "2 inches of foam is acceptable" to some people? There needs to be more training or supervision here because the window is slow and no one seems to follow any special instructions for drinks.
