I actually love A&W. They're a forward thinking fast food company with hormone and antibiotic free beef, and although they don't advertise it (yet) they're very big on free-range eggs, organic veggies, and non-GMO.
They have the beyond meat (meatless) burger available here and it's quite delicious.
They know what you're talking about when you ask for lettuce instead of a bun, and even have a picture on their menu as a suggestion.
I love breakfast sandwiches and used to go to McDonald's for mine all the timr until I realised I can't eat the bread anymore, and they rarely understand when I ask for lettuce as a bun.
I always have excellent service at A&W and although I usually end up covered in food because eating between pieces of lettuce is hard, I'm happy!
The coffee is also not too bad here.

Eventually I was told they forgot to drop my side after Id already had my hamburger and been sitting waiting for my order for 15 minutes.
Finally got the rest of my order, and when mentioned to the girl in the window was told "at least your rings are fresh"
only to get home and find the soda machine used to fill my drinks was out of syrup, and a burger thatd now been cold for 15 minutes before I even left the store, and literally drowned in burger sauce.
The hart location brings great shame to the franchise. Cant remember the last time I had a half-decent...
