Subpar burrito shop. My wife and I went in to try it out was not impressed at all. The restaurant behind the counter all around the holding areas for the ingredients was dirty and looks like it hadn't been cleaned all day. I ordered the beef burrito I wanted lettuce and it was all brown I told her no as she was trying to put it on. I couldn't figure out how she didn't notice that on her own. I asked for fresh lettuce and she pulled out a tub of brown wilted gross lettuce trying to tell me it was made fresh this morning. The only way it would look like that is if they cut brown decaying lettuce to start with or the cooler is broken. The wife felt the same way. The food was bland and uneventful nothing special or even worth a second visit. Better off traveling to Fraser Lake and going to Senor Dougies tacos. Skip this place or you may get sick if they are blindly feeding people BROWN lettuce and not cleaning up after themselves. I want to say it could have potential is they even cared a little. The girls working there are very nice. In particular, a girl named Simran stood out — she had a great attitude and a warm smile while serving customers, which made the overall experience genuinely pleasant.

However, the manager's behavior was quite the opposite. She came across as rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing customer concerns with understanding and care, she responded with a poor attitude, which was both disappointing and upsetting. Good customer service is about listening, empathizing, and resolving issues calmly — unfortunately, she seemed to lack those essential skills.

This wasn’t just my experience; I’ve also come across other reviews mentioning the manager’s negative attitude, which suggests a pattern rather than a one-off occurrence.
