I have been to this Prince George location a number of times & have just loved it. My experience on Friday, May 11 at 6pm was terrible. Such poor service. I bought 6 pretzels & the girl that helped me made me feel like I was inconviencing her ordering so many for my family of 6. We ordered 3 salted pretzels & I wouldn't have even called them salted as there was only a few pieces of salt on them. Just a real poor job of preparing them. The young lady, I believe she had braces, she had no name tag, was very condescending and somewhat impolite. She never smiled.

And today...wow. I watched an employee pull the dough off the raw pretzel dog bites. She then wrapped new dough around the hotdog. How many times had that...
