Not an incredibly fancy joint, but that's not the point. Princeton doesn't have a lot of options when it comes to having a quick bite in the middle of a long journey; you're usually forced to going into a fast food joint. Cool Beanz provides a different solution It's a small town coffee house with a lot of character. Stopped into Princeton and found this awesome coffee shop with delicious baked treats and delicious flavourful coffees. This morning the woman who served me was helpful and friendly. 10/10 service!! She really wanted me to have the perfect coffee. The other day when I told her I wanted a calorie conscious macchiato she went out if her way to find every possible way to reduce calories. People working there were nice but no one was wearing masks (staff & customers) no division between staff and customers, so even though I'm showing respect for their safety by wearing my mask, they can't even put up plastic to protect me.

Food(cookies & pastries) were uncovered on top of the case and I observed one customer standing over the food asking questions without a mask on.

If this were the beginning of Covid, I would be cutting them some slack, but its been 7 months, where is your concern for the safety of your employees...
