I must say we were pleasantly surprised when we found out there was something to eat other than pizza or burgers when passing through Princeton. My family, whom I was travelling with are vegan, so stopping for food in small towns can be quite a challenge. Now to the truly important stuff… the food was delicious and the girls making the food are friendly! Great service and no fast food hangover after eating. My husband had bean tacos and my daughters and I had the bean burritos. My five year old who can be pretty picky loved the burrito as did I! The refried beans in the tacos was amazing. I look forward to coming back when the restaurant opens!! I absolutely recommend this place.

Read moreStopped in here for lunch after reading the favourable reviews. We got the chicken tacos, beef tacos, taco salad, chicken burrito and chicken enchiladas. Overall it wasn’t bad but everything was very mild - if you’re looking for spicy this isn’t the place for you.
The beef tacos were really good and the best of the things that we ordered. The burrito was also good but the chicken tacos and enchiladas were pretty dry. The rice and beans that came with the enchiladas were also good (and the best part of that dish).

Read moreI bought the taco platter and was quite disappointed. I was under the impression that they were full size taco not a sample size. I feel that for $35 and 9 tacos (at the time I didn't know they were a sample size) my husband and I should both be full, we had to make dinner again afterwards. I felt they were lacking of flavor.
I believe that everyone deserves a second chance so I will try it again eventually but...
