I had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic restaurant specializing in Indian dishes, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. Despite the rush hours, the staff managed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. I ordered their renowned Sahi Paneer, and though there was a slight mistake in the preparation, I couldn't help but admire how gracefully the situation was handled.
The Indian lady, who I assume is the owner or manager, was incredibly kind and attentive. When I pointed out the issue with my dish, she personally apologized and insisted on preparing a fresh one for me. Her dedication to ensuring a great dining experience was evident, and it left a lasting impression on me.
The second attempt at the Sahi Paneer was nothing short of perfect. The flavors were rich, and the paneer was perfectly cooked, just as I had hoped. Not only did she serve delicious food, but she also treated me with utmost kindness and generosity. She even offered a complimentary dessert as a token of goodwill, which was a lovely surprise.
I could tell that this Indian lady is running the restaurant with her own hard work and passion for Indian cuisine. It's evident that she takes immense pride in what she does, and it reflects in the quality of the food and service.
I truly appreciate her efforts and dedication to providing customers with a memorable dining experience. I will undoubtedly be returning to this restaurant to explore more of their mouthwatering dishes and to enjoy the wonderful hospitality once again.
If you're a fan of Indian cuisine and are looking for a place that not only serves great food but also treats its customers with care and kindness, this restaurant is the perfect choice. Highly...
Read moreSeeing other people's reviews, I feel as if I must have slid into a parallel universe when we stopped for food here. I can only guess their pizza is good, cause every last one of our 4 meals was either overdone and dried out, as it was a case with my butter chicken, bland or drowning in watery substance (as it was with my girlfriend's rice - more like a soup). Two ladies in our party decided to return the food. They went to the counter, and were repeatedly told "I made that the same I make it for everyone else". Tough noogies. I never throw any food away. Ever. So I ate my portion. But before I did so, I felt my hands were dirty, so I walked up to the lady that made our food and asked "excuse me; do you have a place where I could my hands really quick?" Her reply was "sorry, we don't have anything". Now, I could understand if they didn't have a place where they let walk-ins do a #1 or #2, but when a paying customer asks to wash their hands, a decent thing would be to let them behind the counter to their sink. I guess the practice of washing hands at this facility is non-existent anyway, judging by what I witnessed and also read on...
Read moreMy recent visit to Pasha's Pizza & Indian Food left me thoroughly unimpressed, primarily due to the abysmal customer service I encountered. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority.
The staff member attending to me seemed disinterested and was visibly impatient when I asked questions about the menu. Instead of providing helpful suggestions, they answered curtly and with a dismissive attitude. At one point, I caught them shaking their head at another customer, which was highly unprofessional.
Customer service should be the cornerstone of any successful establishment, especially in the competitive restaurant industry. Unfortunately, Pasha's Pizza & Indian Food fell short in this regard. The lack of attentiveness and basic courtesy soured what could have been a pleasant dining experience.
I left feeling frustrated and disheartened, with no intention of recommending this restaurant to anyone based on my own experience. It's evident that improving their customer service standards could make a world of difference for Pasha's Pizza &...
