Restaurant Le Maizerets — Restaurant in Quebec

A happy discovery. Placed in a non typical foody neighbourhood, thus restaurants is located in a nice intersection with a lot of trees and beautiful sights. It's stand in a class of their own. Decor inside is modern, clean and classy with similar colors and beautiful paints on the walls. Second floor has a balcony and a nice terrasse all around de lower level give it a romantic atmosphere in summer time. Service was awesome, a lot of people around you being sure you are ok at all times. Food was very good with a good variety and the portions are generous. We arrived on a Thursday night close to closing time and had the place to ourselves. We were a little worried that we would suffer the fates that usually befall those who walk into a restaurant 30 minutes before closing time but we were greeted with a smile. The music and the decor were charming, the staff was extremely accommodating, and the food was spectacular. Visited with a friend on a Wednesday evening. It was slow due to bad weather so we were served quickly. The place is nice with interesting art work. The service was good despite a slight mix up with our order due to a language misunderstanding. The "La Mont Thabor" pizza was very good. I had a very nice experience but nothing about it made me crave more. Modern restaurant. Very pleasant waitstaff. Reservations needed the Saturday night we were there.
