Restaurant China Garden — Restaurant in Quebec

Celebrating our 25th Anniversary in Quebec City and ordered delivery that should have taken less than 45 min instead of 1hr and 45 min. After waiting for so long, we were looking forward to a delicious meal which ended up being a huge disappointment. The house special chow mein in QC was macaroni pasta and not noodles that we are accustomed to from other Chinese restaurants. When the menu says house special chow mein I expect to receive chow main noodles and not macaroni pasta as a house special. Fried rice was palatable but nothing in it with scarce meat and over drenched in soy sauce. The egg rolls and chicken balls were satisfactory but sauces were diluted. The won ton soup did not have much meat and barely satisfying. Soup base...

Take out only. Wait time was very short, now we know why. The rice was basically black from being recooked and all we could taste was sodium - GARBAGE; the chicken balls had batter which was not totally cooked - so.we had dough balls, the vegetables were mainly lettuce which was soggy, the ribs were the best part of the meal and they were dry and tasteless. The dining room is closed; therefore, our only option is take out to out hotel room - well we need cultery - yes an additional charge for plastic cultery. Quand tu es pret a attendre 2h15m pour ta commande tu t’attend a du BON SERVICE et a tous recevoir de la commande.

Ma conjointe a commandé a 17h et la commande est arrivé a 19h15 . Ok mais bon nous le savions. La commande arrivée et a notre grande surprise. Nous avons pas de eggroll pas de soupe aucune sauce et les extras.

Ma conjointe rappelle et la réponse a été nous ne retournons pas a votre demeure porter se qu’il vous manque.. nous allons vous le créditez la prochaine fois.

Bien y’en n’auras pas de prochaine fois.. si je paye pour de quoi ou un produit je m’attend a le recevoir pas me faire dire que j vais recevoir un crédit. Mon argent c est mon argent j’ai pas besoin du resto Chinois du coin pour me faire une banque de egg rolls.

Apres avoir recu un autre retour d’appel de la Livreuse pour qui elle son service est super. Je luie est expliquer que c etais la dernière fois que ma conjointe pouvait en manger car elle entre en chimio se jeudi et qu elle ne pourras plus jamais manger son repas préféré. Que la réceptionniste avec sa facon d avoir repondu a ma conjointe qu’elle se sente fière d’avoir gâché le dernier repas que ma conjointe avait demande. Merci de l avoir...
