Restaurant Normandin Duberger — Restaurant in Quebec

Commande en ligne à aller chercher pour 17:35. J’arrive au restaurant a l’heure. La commande n’est pas prête, mais ça ce n’est pas grave :) Je paye et j’attends en compagnie de mon fils de 4 ans. 20 minutes tard, nous n’avons toujours pas notre pizza alors que d’autres clients arrivés après nous sont déjà repartis. Je demande à la jeune fille à la caisse si notre commande est prête et elle me dit qu’elle ne le sait pas, puisqu’elle ne retrouve pas la facture (que j’avais payé en arrivant). Il ne se passe RIEN. Elle ne s’informe pas aux cuisines et ne repasse pas la commande. J’attends encore 5 minutes et je lui redemande si la commande est en route et elle me répond qu’elle ne le sait pas. Je demande à parler à un responsable et on me répond qu’il n’est pas disponible. Finalement au bout de 40 minutes, grâce a l’intervention d’une autre employée (qui elle a repassée la commande) nous recevons enfin la nourriture SANS AUCUNE EXCUSE DE LA PART DE PERSONNE, ni aucune forme de compensation ! Les employés semblaient plutôt être irrités par le fait que mon fils de 4 ans était maintenant bruyant et impatient au lieu d’être désolés de la situation. Didn't get any service. Waited 15 minutes with my wife and kid, with no one to even say " hi, wont be long, ill be right to you in a moment". Employee just kept serving tables and ignoring us. We were the only ones waiting, no reason to have this kind of poor service especially when we were coming for my daughters birthday. Horrible experience. Rude and disorganized staff. Dirty floors in dining area. Main door does not have an automatic opener. Asked for a high chair. I had to get it myself.
