Soupe & Cie — Restaurant in Quebec

I wish I read the reviews before giving this a chance because of the overall rating on Google. I am embarrassed for the Vietnamese culture after having had the chicken pho from this place. The Soupe vietnamienne (pho ga 400 ml) / Vietnamese Soup (Pho Ga 400 ml) was hands down the WORST I've ever had. It’s possible that this place whips up other incredible foods but the "pho" is not one of them. Pho is supposed to have a depth of flavor. You should be able to taste several flavors that have blended together by being cooked over an extended period of time. The pho was nothing like that. It had virtually no flavor, a strange dichotomy between other incredible meals I’ve had in Quebec City and this place.

Advice to the restaurant: drastically reduce the cost of this meal and rename this soup to something else so that you don't disappoint those wanting...

Delicious food, very filling Peruvian soup, good guacamole, good service, great staff, interesting decor and comfy benches/couches/pillows, cool Terasse with surprising roof.

Cool facts: Terrace with a roof made of bras. Why are there bras hanging over my head? Last year, one of the employees raised money for breast cancer. They were selling bras and at some point, decided to create a roof with rows of bras. It creates a nice atmosphere and soft shadows.

One of the owner's brother is a woodworker and made a good bunch of decor and tables around.

I am a person who don’t like giving a review if it is not excellent or worst but this is so surprised! There are many countries of food like Vietnam,Thailand,Japan, Korean etc I don’t know why this restaurant got 4 stars.I don’t want to give them any star.

We order 2 beef pho Vietnam noodles and 1 korean hot pot soup. Korean soup is so disappointed😢 Taste like a soup which is taste less even kimchi. If I were a korean, I will cry because it is not taste like korean food. The sever told me foods were not made by their kitchen so I don’t know where it from.
