Update June 22, 2024: Yummy!!! What a great meal!! However ...a patio you can yet sit on. Or can you?? Well I guess the rules change in minutes .....we were told no because it was an unsafe area still with loose light fixtures...while we sat in the car collecting ourselves...they cleaned an area outside and allowed a group to sit out there. Oh my .....this is an interesting place. Never know what you're gonna get!!

Update: So we must be the best customers in town. As mentioned we go 1x per week minimum...food took a bit of a dive...but the servers make the experience...however we've recently learned the servers who have been there since the beginning of time had all their hrs cut. Why would they do this? I'm a little confused...the people who make this happen and stayed true since the doors opened are being treated like they're disposable. Putting money into a restaurant that doesn't value their people ...well think twice!

Updates: We love this place. We truly do...we go about 1x per week and the meals are the enjoyed ...however as you note with most restaurants..the items change ...and the quality starts to decline. I've loved the Mac and cheese and the other night the recipe changed...good ..but now not great, fries were best in town...now the same as all the others . Stop changing the quality of your food. We love your servers they are great...but the food needs to go back up in quality!!

Original post: December 2023 We are more than pleasantly impressed with our meals. We had no idea all the changes to the building.. the restaurant is so nice ..not to big/small. Screens for games!! We had burgers..fantastic!! Appetizer..deep fried pickles ..great! My husband had wings with Curry pineapple ..good flavour, well cooked! Great prices!! Friendly inviting customer service!! Only thing ...just 1...is ..Too Go ..should never be served in Styrofoam....not only for the obvious environmental factor ...but it always always leaves your food soggy!! We airfried everything when home and it was great!! But if I was eating pn the run ...I would have been very disappointed. All in all very happy. Next time...

I don't even know where to begin. First off, the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was inviting! But... we were seated, and it was almost 15 minutes for a server to come to our table. It took 27 minutes for our drinks to arrive, it's not like it was anything fancy (2 draft, water and sprite) and the person pouring the beer didn't know how to tilt a glass, so she had to call another server to help.. had no idea it took a team to pour a glass SMH. We finished our drinks before our server came to take our orders. As we waited 45 minutes for starters to arrive, we noticed almost every table had extremely long waits for over cooked food, or just straight up wrong orders. One table in particular had their order wrong THREE TIMES before they just decided to leave since they were there for over 2 hours. Our starters came out, all I ordered were mozzarella sticks and they were dark brown, extremely well done. But they took them back and remade some, which turned out good. We couldn't help but notice not one person that handled the food wore gloves, or hair nets.. the owner working by the oven was continually wiping sweat with his bare hands and touching all the food with said sweaty hands. It made us all very hesitant to eat our mains once they arrived after waiting over an hour an a half.. one pizza was burnt and inedible, we returned it with no intention of a reorder. The pizza I ordered tasted very good. So we all tried one piece. I am posting this the day after our visit because everyone at our table who tried a piece of that pizza is SICK AF today. We were not impressed with the wait times, the food quality, lack of sanitary procedures.. AND I'D ALSO LIKE TO ADD, it was NOT busy in there.. it only seemed busy because they had to remake almost every tables food, some more than once. I will not be returning...

So I have to edit my original review unfortunately.

Went last night for a dinner with my roommate and I was shocked at the attitude of the manager/bar tender. She was so rude to the waitresses in front of us as we were waiting to be seated. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen anything so unprofessional. She was rude, talking down to and insulting to a waitress that was just trying to seat us.

Her words were gross and it was really uncomfortable to watch. She walked around trying to look like she was someone important, but she’s clearly a massive bully and probably not long for the job.

They have WAY too many staff for the amount of customers in the restaurant, I’m really not sure how they are profitable.

One guy kept walking back and forth from the kitchen in a black leather jacket trying to look important, but it just made things feel awkward cause he’d just stand in front of the cashier and stare at the door that leads to the kitchen and just kept walking back into the kitchen and then back out and stared at the door again. It was weird.

Our waitress couldn’t answer simple questions about the food.

When we called ahead we were told that the spicy chicken is impossible to make not spicy.. so we didn’t bring my kids… turns out the spicy chicken is spicy because they squirt hot sauce on the bun.. the chicken isn’t spicy at all and could absolutely be made without adding the sauce.. so thought that was weird too.

The appetizers are cooked from frozen which was obvious since they were mushy yet fried.

Just overall poorly run, with some staff that shouldn’t be in customer service and unfortunately even worse though the pizza tastes great… I don’t see this place lasting long unless they make some...
