Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Quinte West

This particular location has an energy that doesn't feel very welcoming it doesn't seem to be any organization within the teammates . Just the other day I went there when a teammate was late for shift and after I placed my order she was more concerned about making her breakfast and then getting on team to support the others.

Although this happened - the manager should not have scolded her in front of. Customers either.

nobody smiles at this location.. and it doesn't matter what I asked for most of the time they always get it wrong..( except for the one specific brown haired young lady at the sandwich counter wish I knew her actual name) .

I know how it is to work at Tim's so I understand to a degree of the stress and lack of organization and chaos ... but if you're going to work there yes you need to force yourself to smile and be Good to the customers . You'll get a lot more understanding for most customers if you are nice and then so me. For the Love of everything in this world somebody (ONE CHIEF) take charge for better product quality and service an actual equipment that will stop breaking down. went in around noon yesterday and ordered an iced capp and a farmers wrap. the cashier was all over the place and didnt seem too much on task even though they were seemingly dead. took about 10 minutes to receive my drink which was already half melted by the time it reached my hand and the wrap followed about 5 minutes later. the wrap was a whole other story. i dont think I've ever had a wrap so poorly made to the point they had to use different packaging to contain it. the wrap was flattened and burnt to hell and back. absolutely no sauce and quite possibly the worst thing I've ever had from a fast food restaurant. to top it all off, there was a long black hair near the bottom of the wrap, presumably from someone who opted out of using a hair net. overall an awful experience. i can guarantee i will not be visiting this location any time soon. i would give them a...

This stores experience is directly dependent on who's working at the time of your order, as some of the staff is straight up arrogant, rude, sloppy and disrespectful. I've seen staff cough into their hands then make food and drink, had workers make fun of my order, then tell me I was incorrect when they forgot the item she had initially made fun of me for ordering. There are many staff that I love, and have never had an issue with food wise but one blonde woman who often works bar and cash is terrible and when I see her working I just walk out as multiple times I've dealt with disrespect, a lack of knowledge of the work amenities and when she's on bar I've often had issues with the food being undercooked and making me severely sick.
