Not a big fan of shopping. But I am a huge fan of the days when customers were treated with a genuine "happy to see you" attitude. I got that and much more today. I'm an early riser so 10 a.m. is a bit late for me, but I was at the front door at exactly that time. I could see an employee rushing around hurriedly inside, making adjustments and ensuring the store looked good. As soon as I was noticed (seconds after my observation), Ingrid made a bee line for the door. I was welcomed in and looked around pleasantly surprised by how open it was and yet filled with so many items. I informed Ingrid of what I was looking for and here's where it veers from the current modern experience...I didn't get shunted to an aisle...I was escorted, all the while defining to Ingrid exactly what I was looking for. She listened, asked the right questions and when we arrived at the appropriate section selected exactly what I had been talking about. In fact, I was enjoying myself so much, I made extra purchases of things I needed but could have waited for because I enjoy being treated like a fellow human being and not just a wallet. So thank you Ingrid, your knowledge of the items I purchased was perfect, looks fabulous and I am looking forward to a comfortable nights rest. I'll be back for my living room furniture once my upgrades are completed. Thanks.

I recently went to this location to look for a dining table and chairs. Arthi helped immensely with allowing me to mix and match different chairs and tables to see what they would look like. Several times, she got different chairs down for me to see. Arthi was extremely patient and kind. She even went above and beyond to search other locations for other chair possibilities and consulted other employees to see which chairs they would recommend. Ingrid was also very helpful with recommendations. A couple of weeks after my purchase, both the table and chairs went on sale. I had such a wonderful experience at JYSK this past weekend! I was warmly approached by two associates, Patricia and Niurka, who were both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their products and installation services. Even the manager took the time to check in and see if I needed any assistance, which truly made me feel valued as a customer. In today’s world, it’s rare to find such genuine, eager to help service, and it was so refreshing! The store itself was clean, beautifully organized, and filled with affordable options.
