I am extremely disappointed with the experience my wife and I had at this location. We ordered four drinks and received only three after a few minutes. Despite waiting more than 20 minutes for the final drink, it never arrived. When my wife politely inquired about a refund, the manager responded by raising their voice in French.
My wife calmly explained that she does not speak French, and the manager replied, “This is Quebec, the first language is French,” in a dismissive and unwelcoming tone. This interaction made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome—especially as visitors from Ontario. The situation escalated further when the supervisor asked us to leave the store and directed us toward the exit.
While the front-line staff were polite, the behavior of the manager and supervisor was unprofessional and, frankly, discriminatory. It left us with the impression that English-speaking customers are not valued or respected at this location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff member serving me was incredibly rude—she only spoke French despite seeing that I was a tourist struggling to communicate. Her expressions and attitude were unwelcoming, and she didn’t even bother with basic courtesy words like "hello," "please," or "thank you."

I visited quebec as a tourist, and unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. One of the staff members, possibly the supervisor (a tall, older lady), was extremely rude. She spoke only in French with a very harsh tone and unpleasant facial expressions, even though it was clear I only understand English.
