Burger King — Restaurant in Redcliff

I went there this evening. Got home and the food was cold and gross. I called and spoke with a supervisor (of east indian decent). She was very rude and demanded we come back immediately to get our food. I didnt have a way to get back there tonight. I asked if we could have our food replaced tomorrow and she refused said it wasnt possible. Then she suggested to take a picture and send it to an email to verify the quality of the food. It was gross! I told her that i was gonna try to find a way to contact the owner and her response was whatever i dont care and then she hung up on me. If this is how a business is ran i wont be back. A reevaluation of whom has supervisory roles should be considered...

Stopped on our way home from traveling and of course just off the highway why not? Burger King is one of the go too’s when we travel but today was not the greatest. Ordered meals and meals come with med drinks , we got small, asked for extra pickles were told there were already pickles on it! Excuse me but you charged me for them and still found only 3 pickles. Last I knew it was originally 4 pickles on a whopper….least it was for the 14 years I worked at one. Not a very friendly bunch. After sitting 10 mins in drive thru, we get our bag handed to us with “here ya go” how about have a nice day and...

This location is right off the highway and very convenient. However, went through the drive thru today. Our receipt said 11:59 am, they asked us to pull off to the side and they'd bring it out. We did what was asked and waited... and waited.. and waited.. 15 min goes by and no one comes with our food (roadhouse king, and fries). I go into the restaurant.. our food was sitting under the heat lamp bagged and everything.. they didn't even try to bring it out to our car. They didn't even apologize for the wait or offer to make it fresh. The fries were cold and the burger was soggy...
