I have made complaints before to head office and it seems to me like nothing ever changes here. I was told that I would get a follow up on what was discussed to the staff here, but didn’t. They staff rush you out of the drive thru. Most times they don’t give me a total of my order. They don’t say hi, have a good day, or anything. It’s disrespectful to not talk to your customer. I understand that they are timed at the drive thru window to get customers through quicker but it would be better if they at least talked. I think you can be both-quick and respectful. Also the quality of the food has lowered so much, for example: If you get a bagel with cream cheese they don’t like to spread it. It can just be place in the middle and you have to do it. I’ve had bagels not toasted. I recently got a breakfast BELT and the lettuce wasn’t good, so I had to take it off. It would be ideal if you’re paying for a service it is...

Around 2045 hrs I was waiting in the line to order and sorry to disclose one of the associate first initial D. She was super rude with the customer although she was at fault. He ordered a wrap but instead she made a bowl for him because she was low on rice. Instead apologizing she asked him in bold rude language to take a refund and kept on arguing.

My husband is a trucker and everyday complains about her customer service. Just because that location and tims is easy access for truckers and have no choice and have to swallow her behaviour.

Its my request to the owner to kindly do her performance management and if her mental status is stable may be she need off and need help.

Her supervisor was continuously trying to calm her down but her volume was at the loudest and her attitude was sky high aggressive.

Please investigate the matter everything should be recorded on stores cameras.

I stopped by for a coffee at 1:30 am Jan 6, 2019. The lady with headset helping drive thru seemed like not expecting any on foot customers and kept doing her food preparing job without anybody at the window ignoring me standing there for few mins. Then she walked to the back and I thought she is finishing a job and will come to me but NO I was wrong. Stayed there doing some other stuff and I was trying to see what's going on that the 2nd lady (supervisor) came out and I said I'm waiting here for 10 mins (meaning long time) that she turned back to me right away with a RUDE attitude and said sir I checked here 5 mins ago and nobody was here. I said I'm not gonna argue with you about mins but saying I'm waiting long time. She replied so RUDE I'm not supposed to stay by counter 24 hrs! I'm a truck driver and this location was my regular stop but I'm DONE WITH HERE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND...
