Regina Beach Yacht Club — Restaurant in Regina Beach

Well, here is the whole story. First off, I know the team was extremely short staffed. We arrived at 12:20pm, staff saw us and told us to sit anywhere. We did not talk to staff again until 12:45 pm. We ordered some food at 12:45pm, it did not get to the table until 2pm. This is not an exaggeration and was a little bit beyond what some people would tolerate. Wife had the burger which as good. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich, borderline not edible which is insane for me to say because I will eat ANYTHING. Atmosphere was nice great patio, nice views. Tables need to be cleaned better and spider webs broomed off at least daily.

Otherwise, I know all businesses are dealing with all kinds of stuff post COVID-19 but there is a opportunity to stand out. There is not a lot to choose from for food in Regina Beach but don't let the big fish in a small pond mentality take over.

Recent changes to the menu have left it with more of a pub feel, but the taste is still on point. The view and the ambiance are the best at the beach. Drink menu is decent. It does require a membership to get in though which can be costly and the service this last summer was hit and miss. It's a great place to host functions. I live in Buena Vista and on July 27th myself and 4 of my friends drove out from regina. We chose the yacht club because we had not checked out the Brass Monkey yet! We had an awesome experience!!
