My experience with this restaurant, ordered through SkipTheDishes, was incredibly frustrating. I placed my order at 12:11 PM and arrived at 12:20 PM, expecting it to be ready or nearly ready. Instead, I was asked to wait longer, only to watch multiple customers who arrived after me receive their food first. After a significant delay past the promised time, I was finally told—without any prior communication—that they didn't even have the ingredients for my order. This entire ordeal was a monumental waste of my time and money. I strongly advise against ordering from this establishment, especially if you're a local hoping for a quick and reliable meal. I will never patronize this business again. Furthermore, the presence of what appeared to be personal phones sitting on the food counter was unsanitary and off-putting. And despite not having exactly what I have ordered I was never given any reimbursement.

This pattern demonstrates a systemic lack of communication, operational efficiency, and respect for customer time. My time was disrespected, and I paid for a service that was never rendered. Alas, that is not the case and the quality of service/food portions have continued to worsen. I have been eating at this location twice a week for approx 6 months now and these are some of my concerns: The shorter East Indian lady with glasses is very rude to the patrons. Her attitude continues to worsen every time I am there. There have been several occasions where other regulars and I (don’t know each other) look at each other laugh because she is so unpleasant it’s almost comical. Portion sizes have decreased and are generally sporadic. The crunchy chicken and shrimp are often left in the fryer too long and come out very over-cooked.

I ordered and paid online about 45 minutes prior to pickup time, however my meal was not prepared when I arrived. After 5 minutes I was addressed, and asked if I could wait a minute. I agreed. My and two other people's meals were prepared after all walk-in customer orders were complete. 15 minutes later I received my meal. I was disappointed to spend almost half of my lunch hour waiting to get food. I have used the pre-order service a couple of times without incident. Scared to try again as pre-orders are at the last priority. Other more timely options are available.
