Instructions weren’t followed, ingredients were VERY shorted no matter how many I added I still ate a bread sandwich. I followed the exact order I used to get and got half of the sandwich I used to get. Very clearly said I didn’t want it toasted but I did want bacon and the whole sandwich got toasted vs just the bacon so I had a crumb sandwich with soggy bacon. Every single ingredient couldn’t be more shorted on. It was slapped together so rough that half the ingredients that were already skimped on fell off. Then the pop machine didn’t have ice working so they tried to force me to get a bottled drink even though I said I don’t need ice. The whole service was met with aggression and hostility and no pleasant customer service at all. Of course at the end they tried to upsell the cookies and chips and give me the tip option on the machine after destroying my order. During my time in the store they also had negative interactions with the 2 people in front of me. I was already done with subway but after a couple years gave it a shot. Description: This is by far one of the nicest subways I have ever gone into. I highly recommend going here for a quick bite to eat. Definitely not a place for a sit down type of meal.
Building/ Cleanliness: The inside is clean, tidy and elegant. They even managed to have a drive way built in towards the back of the store. Don’t let the small external beaten up look fool you. There is one hell of a palace inside.
Customer service: The staff are polite respectful and patient. It doesn’t feel like you need to choose your toppings right away.

The subway story really is dead. $17.41 this is a steak and bacon. Look at what you get for the price. I have been regularly coming to this location for a few years. I noticed about a month ago some drastic portion decreases, I finally asked about it today. 3 workers looked and said yep that’s all you get on a foot long. A mouthful of meat spread over the sub.
