McDonald's — Restaurant in Regina

I don’t know what it is about this location, but it’s a disaster. Last weekend in the morning I was the only one in the drive thru, I pull ahead and wait a ridiculously long time to pay to the point the man behind me was honking at me and calling to go to the second window. He was not rude at all, we were both equally confused as he had been told to skip the first window and yet I was clearly watching and waiting for the employee. By this time a line of multiple cars formed. Once she realized we were communicating she opened her window, apologized for the wait, closed it and I continued to sit there for an even longer period of time. I eventually got to move ahead to the second window where I waited for quite some time but not nearly as long as before. I was in the drive thru for about 10-15 minutes for a single iced coffee. Keep in mind no one was ahead of me.

Now to this weekend, I went through the drive thru again. Not only can you not hear the employee mumble through the speaker, they disappeared for some time. My fruit splash had coffee spilled on the top (I ordered the fruit splash and a root beer, NO coffee). And my root beer has pop all around the cup and leaks everywhere.

I live near here and used to buy fast food quite frequently, so I'm very familiar with this location, what I'm about to say is consistent and true regardless of the time of day. I've gone in the morning, lunch, afternoon, dinner, late night, 3 AM, the time doesn't change what happens. They mess up something in EVERY order I've made. I pay extra for red onion on my jr chicken and they put white onion or no onion or I pay for a double chicken patty and they give me one or on one particularly frustrating day, NO PATTY! When the wrapper on the thing even says EXTRA PATTY. How do you mess up that badly? Or the time my partner found PLASTIC BAG embedded into the meat of his double cheeseburger! He didn't find it until he chewed it, deplorable. They forget fries, give you the wrong size, give you the wrong things, put the wrong toppings on, anything that can go wrong with your order, they can make that happen. The restaurant itself is clean and the staff are nice, but the mistakes are constant and it's inexcusable.

On the bright side, the constant bs finally killed my mcdonalds addiction! Not another...

Well this should be noticed to the other staff and general manager at the store. I was at the location to order my food and was waiting for the late night manager to apply the code for the employee meal. This situation happened last week on Saturday there were many other guests and family waiting to order food. As per asking the other staff working at back end to ask the manager to apply the discount on the meal, were i noticed that manager was busy doing her own stuff and was on a phone call, literally waiting for more than 45 mins me and mine other friends has to leave the store without ordering our food and she been wandering everywhere inside store and mostly she left the store while there was customer waiting for her take the order. While on mine way back home i saw her going to some other store asking for a “bitcoin” rather than serving a customer she was busy going to other place whole on shift running at midnight. I might not get back to the store ever again after this...
