The service at this location is absolutely awful, and I have had to go back around because of this, I've gotten home and just accepted it, I've gotten to the window and no drink for me and then you sit and wait with no apologize as you know someone got your drink instead of you, but today was the last straw, I almost dread when I hear the young mans voice and today he couldn't get drink right no matter how hard I tried to explain it, then when I got to the window he repeated order so you wanted a pike coffee, I said no I dont want a pike coffee I want a peppermint mocha with regular coffee not espresso well its made with espresso he says, I wanted to substitute coffee instead of espresso in peppermint mocha he actually started to argue with me about how the drink was made which I know cause I've been ordering for years and I've substituted decaf when I was pregnant and coffee when I didn't want to be buzzed, then I said my 13 year old doesn't need espresso so hes like then no coffee, by now I'm just super annoyed I'm like no just regular coffee as hes arguing why I should have what he obviously wants to make me, I just told him keep your coffee this is ridiculous, I have been going to Starbucks for years I love that you can order your way, obviously not at this one, I...
Read moreDisappointed in this franchise. Corporate Starbucks are always great, fantastic owners and service. Not the case here. I'm a daily regular ( sometimes, admittedly more than once) and the way these greedy owners treat their staff is abismal. This specific franchise is terrible. While the staff are the kindest and most personable people you will ever meet, and the service is up to the fantastic standard you would expect from a corporate owned business, the franchise owned by Picton Anaka is bad. The Picton Anaka owners are terrible people. So if you are lucky enough to come when there are no owners here, you will experience exceptional service by the nicest staff I've ever encountered. If you show up and the Owners are present, you will not enjoy yourself, and I'm sorry...
Read moreI don't generally write reviews, but I think it's important to note, that at this location, this is the ONLY starbucks I have ever been to, who said "No" when I asked for a drip coffee refill. I have the app on my phone, but was told I need to show a gold card. I have a gold card on my phone, and was still denied. I went back and sat down to continue my work. An employee then came to explain to me why I was told no. I continued to explain that i have a gold card on my phone. I am glad that I was eventually offered a refill, who carries physical cards anymore, when we have the starbucks app? Overall, it's not a good idea to tell a customer "No" who spends hundreds at starbucks and is doing everything properly. Tim Hortons in Regina is looking pretty good...
