Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Renfrew

To the staff at Tim Hortons, I wanna say thank you . you’re so kind to me and my dog when I come through during the day and you greet us both with smiles and once in a while, a timbit for Shekina, However, I’m sad to say that the night staff needs to listen a little bit better to their orders ! Two nights in a row now I’ve gotten the wrong coffee, I like my coffee with one cream, one milk I don’t have SUGAR in my diet or very little and two nights now in a row I’ve received a one cream one sugar.

I can’t go back because I do the night shift and it’s the only thing that gets me through the night shift. , I cannot drink the coffee I’ve been given due to it’s got sugar in it. Can you please bring it to your staff attention that some people cannot have sugar and when they order one cream one milk that’s what they need to have . It may not be a big deal but to me it’s huge, especially when I think it’s one cream one milk and I take a huge Sip of my coffee to find out. It’s got sugar in it. I look forward to my coffee to have it through my shift. There’s nothing worse than to start off a shift at night thinking that you’re going to have your coffee and you can’t drink it. It really puts you in a bad state of mind for the rest of the evening.

I’m out now close to five dollars on coffees just because people are not listening to their orders that...

Place is FULL OF FLIES! Ordered 2 sandwiches and two coffees to go. The guy said to choose two donuts to make it a meal. I looked into the glass bakery display case and saw flies inside landing on the cookies, donuts and muffins. Since I had already paid I couldn't withdraw my order. I said to him " YOU SURE HAVE ALOT OF FLIES IN HERE"! I noticed a dirty countertop with coffee and who knows what else splattered all over it where I was handed the bags containing my sandwiches which were prepared in the back on an equally questionable surface.

I reluctantly ate the two sandwiches and ripped the tops off the muffins and threw them in the garbage and only ate the lower part of the muffin covered by the paper. Don't you know that FLIES CARRY BACTERIA AND CAUSE DISEASE ?? Clean the place up and take some pride in serving edible food. WHERES THE HEALTH DEPT ? ( And you are worried about hand sanitizer and masks)

I COUNTED MORE THAN 40 FLIES IN THE DISPLAY CASE, ON THE COUNTERTOPS AND ON THE OVERHEAD MENU BOARD.

I used to go daily to get my ice caps before work. However everytime I've got one lately it's been brown, not mixed properly at all, taste horrible. I've said nothing. The other day I spoke up , $4 ice caps and I was sick of taking my chances as a few screw ups is enough. I asked for it to be remade and I was asked why, and told she did it right theres nothing wrong with it. I didnt ask for a black ice cap I wanted an actual ice cap that I had many times and clearly nobody remembers how . They also dont have a very good selection and staff seem to be all over the place. I cant count the amount of people over time who have asked me if anybody even works there with how long theyve stood...
