I refuse to give even one star for any part of my experience but in order to place a review I had to give 1 undeserving star. My daughter place an online order for our annual dinner during the hunt. She was to pick up at 5:45 and arrived at 5:47 to be told her order was already picked up. The only other person that knew she was grabbing KFC was ME her mother who was at her own watching her two girls with only one car seat and we planned that she would grab it on her way home but the "manager" tried very hard to convince her that someone she knew picked it up but again there was just my daughter and myself that knew an order was placed online, paid for and was to be picked up be HER. He confirmed that the order was in her name but when she asked him if the person he gave our order to gave her full name and phone number he said NO, HE DID NOT ASK FOR CONFIRMATION AT ALL AND JUST GAVE IT TO HER!! To add insult to injury he refused to reimburse her money or offer to make the order she paid for online because he didn't know what to do and needed to ask the district manager what to do. Frustrated with the incompetence of the store manager she picked up dinner elsewhere. Our annual KFC dinner during the hunt has come to an end and any one of the several restaurants that she has ordered from in town without any issues will get our traditional dinner order during the upcoming years of hunting. I'm not only extremely disgusted with the treatment my daughter recieved but for the lack of restitution...

TLDR: Placed an order for delivery. It was never delivered and when I asked to cancel the order instead, I was told I couldn’t.
I placed an order for delivery of food from KFC directly through their app.
2 hours after the estimated delivery time, I called to ask if there was a delay as the tracker indicated that no one had picked it up. I was angrily told to call Uber and then hung up on.
I called the main KFC line instead of the store directly but was told I had to resolve the issue with the store and patched through to them again.
I was then told that Uber drivers had picked it up three times already (which made no sense to me since the tracker had never indicated it was picked up and the app said it was still being cooked) and that I had to call Uber. I let him know that I had ordered directly through the KFC app. He said I had to call Uber. When I asked if he had a contact number or confirmation number I could use for Uber since I had no information since I had not ordered through them, he angrily said no.
I then asked if I could just cancel the order instead and get a refund and he said no. The call ended with no recourse and I never received any delivery.
Ended up ordering us Domino’s which was prompt, the food was hot, and the delivery guy...
   Read moreMade an online order ( near closing 7:32 pm on a Sunday) girlfriend goes in went we get there, lady there says she hasn’t seen order yet, check computer and say oh ya, well we have no chicken, hand over receipt and says you will have to call number for a refund, fist off after about 7 calls I realize they don’t answer phone at all. Went back in met someone else that took info and finally get a call from manager saying “ I talked to all my staff and the order has been filled “ call support buy now I’m wondering does this guy not realize they ran out of chicken that night?? He should as a manager, or… was there chicken and the woman didn’t want to be bothered while closing up? Check your dam cameras is my thought! Anyway a week later I still want my chicken. Called the support number they gave, it says the number no longer valid and I have to call #2030 to get new number and pay $4.99 to get, so I did. That operator gave me another number which I called and it too say this number is no longer valid and to call #2030 and pay $ 4.99 probably plus tax again so I’m done with paying. Sent email to support and we will see if they are any better. Would think it would be simple to look back on your cameras and see what was what really. They either really didn’t have chicken or didn’t want to be bothered making it...
