Embarking on our 10,000-mile North America road tour, the IQtargets Art Museum of Human Goals' curator made an exciting and much-needed pit stop at Tim Hortons. This renowned Canadian café has proven to be a comfortable haven in every location during our journey. Why is this pit stop so consistently comfortable, you ask?

With well-maintained spaces adorned with light music, spacious restrooms, an extensive menu at reasonable costs, and convenient parking—often available 24 hours—Tim Hortons creates a truly client-oriented and positive experience. The quick and efficient service is a testament to their staff's dedication to customer satisfaction.

During our stop, we discovered a rich history banner detailing Tim Hortons' legacy. Intrigued by this, we extended an invitation to the staff to participate in the "Portrait of a Nation" artwork. We believe that engaging with the individuals behind the scenes adds depth to our project.

As the curator, I confidently recommend Tim Hortons as a top pit-stop choice across Canada. It's not just a café; it's a welcoming space that represents the essence of Canada's hospitality.

My goodness where do I start. My young daughter was craving a chocolate doughnut. I contacted the Tim Hortons on Louis Philippe Picard, because 9/10 times any time Hortons you go to have limited to no chocolate glazed doughnuts, especially at 9:00pm. Zach answered the call, He told me he didn't have anymore which I suspected, but still asked how many I wanted. I told him 4, then he proposed I got 6 so it’s more worth it, he was going to make us a fresh batch. I arrived 5 mins later, they were preparing them. Yassine was very nice and thanked me for waiting patiently and also requested I wait until I got home to have them because he had just put the glaze and they were still warm. I never got service like this at any Tim Hortons… and Malek who was taking orders at the drive through was super sweet and spoke to my daughter and asked how she was doing. What a wonderful evening team , they should make clones of these boys. What amazing “personalized” customer service , They were wonderful , thank you for such a great experience , truly exceeded my expectations.

I got home , and these were just about the best, soft , warmest doughnuts I’ve ever...

The restaurant closes at 8pm but the drive through stays opened. I just waited an hour and they had no doughnuts, no muffins and no timbits. You would think they put up a sign before the line up not to waste your time. After all that they didnt even offer me something to keep me happy. Even the employee says she totally agrees with me and that it is not normal for a Tim Hortons to have nothing available. I am making a complaint to Tim hortons Headquarters and hope the owner is warned or loses her right to own a Tim Hortons….I just wasted an hour of my time stuck in their lineup for nothing…. Who can I invoice for waste of time? And what Tim Hortons closes at 8pm????? I just...
