If I could I would leave 0 stars for my experience here. So the pizza is good and tastes nice 99% of the time you will enjoy the service, however should anything go wrong along the way these people do not have your best interests in mind so I would highly suggest anyone pay in CASH only and only pay once you are sure you have received the correct order. Now here is my experience Saturday night I decide to put in an order for 2 medium pizzas, I did it on my laptop this time usually I do it from my smartphone, big mistake. The website is prompting me for a store address so I google the nearest store and fill it in. I pick my order and am ready for checkout only to realize 30 min later I was not asked for a home address. I figured they know me and have it all inside the account, another big mistake and false assumption. So I watch the timer as it goes by "door dash notification" until it has finally arrived. I check my door and nothing is there! So I panic a bit and realize I must have put the store address in the order address field. I then try to drive out to the location hoping to find some kind of drop off...nothing.... I call the door dash guy and he says he has the pizzas and he couldn't find the address I tell him my address and he says he's too tired of doing deliveries and is already home and done work, he then reassures me by saying "call door dash and they will give you a refund" another lie I tried calling door dash they could not care less and quite frankly even if they did care I mean it's a limitation of the system they still wouldn't be able to help since it's not placed through them it's placed through little ceasers...So I call little Ceasers and I keep on hearing there is nothing that can be done we apologize blah blah blah...In any case I'm not really upset cuz of the lost money or food I'm upset because of the way I was treated and for this reason I cannot recommend them. If you do decide to buy from them do things to protect yourself like pay by cash or fine pay by credit but pay later put on a mask but still don't give anything away until you know for sure you will get something in return cuz let me tell you these guys, they will take whatever you give them and they do not feel obliged to give anything back at all. Did this review upset you? But it's just...

Honestly it feels strange rating a franchise 1-star when it's so consistent elsewhere, but in this case I have to. Before I go off on my tangent, let me briefly state that the main reason for 1-star is quality. It just doesn't taste fresh here.. usually overcooked.. hard.. (almost stale tasting). Today the garlic on the crazy bread tasted raw (I know youve tasted that spicy green taste).. this location is really just lacking leadership and quality control. I've had 3 poor experiences in a row.. I'll drive the extra 10min to the other location next time I want Little Caesars.
Also, last year I found a bug in my pizza, (note: it was walking around, not dead, and things happen in summer I get it).. still pretty gross but I didn't bother going back or mentioning it. Tried them again twice this year and they aren't offering many of their typical deals even though they're still plastered throughout the store. They don't accept cash as legal tender.. (probably because there's no trust or leadership at this location, surely it's unrelated to covid).. and the last 2 times I went in I had to wait +10min for a "hot-and-ready".. and still the quality was very poor.
With all the great options in Richmond Hill, I'll be giving this place a Hard Pass...
Read moreOur family has been coming to this pizza place for years and we always loved the food and friendly service. But ever since the front staff changed to the current lady, the service has gone downhill.
Today I called to order a medium pizza. The person on the phone only told me it would be ready in about 10 minutes — she never mentioned anything about an “expiration time” or that it would be sold to someone else if I didn’t pick it up right away. I even said clearly that I’d arrive in about 15–20 minutes.
When I got there, she told me she had already sold my pizza to someone else because I didn’t come exactly at the 10-minute mark. That made no sense — I had told her when I’d arrive, and she didn’t even bother to call and check.
Her attitude was also really rude, and her explanation just didn’t make sense. She said the pizza “expired” after 10 minutes, but it takes about that long just to bake one! Because of this, my kid had to go to his training hungry.
We’ve always liked this place, but this kind of service was really disappointing. I hope management can look into it and improve communication...
