Organic Ocean Seafood Inc — Restaurant in Richmond

I live far away so I order online for delivery. I recognized their logo from the delivery trucks at all the world class seafood restaurants we used to go to so when I read they were doing direct retail I was on their site in 5 minutes. I did a trial order of a singles pack and I was blown away. We cooked the Cod which normally has a very fishy aroma with garlic lemon butter and there was no fishy odor or taste. I baked the humpback prawns butterflied in Japanese soy sauce and melted butter and used the drippings with a lemon cream sauce for angel hair pasta and it was just divine. Highly...

I have never been a seafood eater (yes even growing up on the West Coast)...until I discovered Organic Ocean. Tried "Our Finest Troll Sockeye Salmon Fillets". No fishy smell, melted in my mouth but more importantly I had seconds and then thirds :). Looking forward to ordering more and improving my intake of healthier foods.

I bought the "Wild Sockeye Salmon Fillet Bulk Pack - The Best Catch Edition"

Here is what the product looks like when thawed. 2/3 of the fillets that came were totally mangled. Not one fillet could present in a fish monger's retail case. Some of it was total mush. We tried to cut it up and smoke smaller pieces as the product was completely unpresentable.

I sent this pic to the business and have gotten no response.
