KFC — Restaurant in Rigaud

I would recommend anyone to steer clear of this establishment, second time going to get the slowest and worst service. The employees don’t care about quality or customer service, constantly on their phones in the kitchen, sanitation must not be their priority as the hands touching the food was not washed between that and their phones!!

Got an extremely stale box of boneless chicken the food tasted very very salty and stale like it’s been reheated, nothing was crispy! The order was also wrong after ordering onion rings they charged us an extra dollar for but when we got home there was fries instead!!

Got extremely sick after the food as well will not be coming back and recommend anyone...

the worst kfc want fresh food? Nope want friendly service? Nope Want fast service? Nope Want what you ordered on the mobile app? Nope Call the customer service # and want to modify your order? Nope

Absolutely devastated by my experience at this location and the customer service. had some trouble with my mobile order so I called the # they provided (CS rep) and experienced atrocious behaviour, they also ONLY have 1 customer service rep?? anyways I’m out $50 and I promise to never go there again. DO NOT RECOMMEND. KFC is a thing...

Don't go here unless you want to have to argue with the staff who messes up your order , not once but twice and doesn't give you what you've paid for, always check your order before leaving cuz you're sure to be missing something that they will refuse to credit you for afterwards. You'll be waiting over 30 minutes for your order only to have it incomplete. The whole team has a huge communication problem. One employee erased my order ASSUMING the coworker put it in the bag but never checked to see if I received my order....
