Pizzeria 2020 — Restaurant in Rigaud

This pizza is the best in the area (Rigaud, Saint-Lazare, Hudson and Vaudreuil) without going to the West Island. The sauce is decent and not overly herby or spiced, nor do they slather it on the pizza. The dough is good and not thick and bready. All around it's pretty decent (our usual place to go to is Calzone but that's far and I was only mentioning it to give others an idea of the pizza we like for comparison).

Their house fries and poutine are pretty decent as well. I haven't tried it with the other fries but fresh beats frozen any day of the week.

Oh, almost forgot, we did also try the subs at one point as well and they are pretty good too.

My only complaint is that the salad is pretty sad but I mean... Yeah ok who is really going to this place for a salad (besides me anyway lol).

Oh and the parking is ridiculous if you are trying to park near the entrance. I have never seen people park like that (sideways, right behind another car, blocking people in, etc) so don't park near the front door if you are doing take out (or any time for that matter). My husband almost scratched up the car on the concrete planter they have out front because someone decided to park at an angle right behind us. He basically had to Tetris his way out which isn't fantastic when you are trying to avoid both the planter and the car. I mean it's not really the restaurants fault (though it would help if they actually had some clear parking lines) but it's not the end of the world. Just felt I should warn others so they...

Great little place! I live in Ontario just over the border in St-Eugene, but I work in Rigaud and every week on Tuesday my wife and I have pizza night from here. We tried this place late one night because it was the only place open and were instantly fans! The two for one prices for pizza are simply unbeatable! We each get our own pizza and swap pieces with one another. The pizza is not the absolute best gourmet pizza you can get, that honor belongs to pizza l'étoile, but for 2 for 1 prices, I mean this is the best pizza I've had! The pepperoni is classic and simple, the all dressed has finely chopped onions, peppers, and mushroom rather than big chunks which allows it to be more evenly spread out which is a big plus in my opinion. My wife and I have also tried the poutine which is absolutely great if you love those crispy crunchy fries with the coating on them. If you prefer the more soggy/floppy deep fried fries, than you might not prefer this one, but it's still great in our opinion. Again this isn't a gourmet poutine, it's basic, but that's what 2020 is trying to do, just classic regular fast food! And at this it excels. The onion rings are super crispy and don't fall apart or feel overly sloppy and mushy! And the chicken wings really aren't half bad at all, even though the choice of dipping sauce is I believe limited to just BBQ sauce! i placed an order for delivery, called in to inform them and ask why the pizza i ordered was not what i ordered and the person i spoke to on the phone demanded to know why i couldnt and or wouldnt eat the pizza i got when it was not the same. he told me and i am quoting now,

"i cant send my guy out there again"

the drinks i ordered were wrong, because they tell me its in stock when my boyfriend placed the order, then told me when i got the wrong drinks that it was because they didnt have any.

the price i was quoted when placing the order was a total of 44.38... when the delivery guy got there it had magically turned into a grand total of 47.82.

i can deal with changes in price or a different drink, but rather then offering another solution, or listening to me when i was informing him of the mistakes that were made so he could fix them, or talk to the pizza chef and ask if everything were okay and asking why the mistake was made... just told me to peel the "offending" topping off the pizza.

this is multiple times now that i have had mistakes in my order, and the only time i have called to make any form of complaint and i just get treated like i am just whiny and childish... could you imagine if i was allergic to olives and he sends that and i were to make that complaint would he still have told me just to...
