5 Bridges: A Mixed Dining Experience Nestled within a spacious setting, 5 Bridges welcomes patrons with its generous expanse, offering ample seating for varied groups. A commendable staff complements the ambiance, where the servers' politeness adds a touch of warmth to the dining experience. The integration of numerous TV screens that broadcast sports events elevates the restaurant's atmosphere, catering to the preferences of sports enthusiasts regardless of their seating choice. Despite the restaurant's lack of bustling activity on the day of my visit, an unexpected lag in service marred the experience. A prolonged wait interval preceded the opportunity to place an order, a delay that deviated from what one might anticipate. Opting for the peanut butter beef burger, accompanied by a refreshing stout, I was poised to explore an intriguing culinary fusion. The stout, though, upheld its reputation as a thirst-quenching delight. However, the burger—a potential canvas for culinary innovation—left room for improvement. While the curious marriage of peanut butter and burgers surprised in a positive manner, the dryness of the patty was a disappointment. Accompanying fries arrived in a state of unseasoned simplicity, missing an opportunity to elevate the dish. On the whole, 5 Bridges offers a mixed impression. While the spacious environment and attentive servers contribute positively, the nuances of service pacing and culinary execution do leave room for refinement. In summary, my experience at 5 Bridges can be encapsulated as "just okay." It's a venue that possesses elements of promise but also warrants attention to detail in terms of service efficiency and the execution of culinary creations. With an aspirational spirit, there's potential for this establishment to evolve into a more captivating dining destination.

First of all I Love Five Bridges, it’s my local Bar. Sadly it wasn’t a great experience. I got the Man N Cheese Burgerfest burger. Turns out My burger was missing the bacon, I only realized this after talking to friends the next day and then seeing the pic on the Burgerfest website. The Burger was alright, fries were good, I had asked for extra crispy fries and they were. The bacon missing was a huge disappointment as the Burger was lacking in flavour. Could have also used something else in the burger like pickles, or onion jam , banana peppers, something. Halfway through my meal I asked for a second beer and more napkins as the burger was messy. I receive my 2nd beer, and an apology, after I was done my burger. I still did not receive anymore napkins. My wife ended up giving me her 3/4 dirty napkin lol. My wife’s said her BBQ burger was fine. Musician was too loud. We sat far back and I had a hard time hearing my wife and the server. I have previously given 5-Star reviews of Five Bridges so I am hoping this is a one off type situation. Meal was $65.25 prior to Tip. I still tipped 22% as our server was very friendly.

I visited 5 Bridges with a group of 12 on a busy Saturday night without a reservation. Despite the crowd, the staff was able to seat us after a short 15-20 minute wait, which we appreciated. While waiting, we grabbed a beer at the bar, and the bartender was friendly, efficient, and skilled. Our server was cheerful, attentive, and ensured we felt well taken care of. While the restaurant was understandably busy, the food took a considerable amount of time to arrive. We didn’t mind too much since we enjoyed chatting and having drinks. When the food did arrive, it came out all at once for the group, but unfortunately, it wasn’t hot. The fries, in particular, were cold and lacked the crispness and flavor I’d expect if they were served fresh. I ordered the fish tacos, which were $16 without a side. They were okay—nothing particularly memorable—and left me still feeling a bit hungry. Including a side, like a small salad, would have been a welcome addition. Overall, the service was great, but the food experience left something to be desired.

Went for burger night at 5:19 PM on Tuesday Sept 26, 2013. Arrived and restaurant was only serving about 2 other tables so it was not busy by any stretch of the imagination. Sat in the booth and female server approached me to give me a menu. When she stated it was burger night I immediately order a burger and fries. I specifically asked for my fries to be "well done and crispy" and she said ok. I also asked for a Diet Pepsi. She left to place the order and never returned with my beverage. After literally 10 minutes sitting there I walked up to the bar and asked for a Diet Pepsi. No idea why she did not return with it earlier as they were NOT busy at all. Matter of fact, I watched her stand by the order station chatting with the young male server working that night as well. After a period of time, she brought my order and literally "white fries" I had to take a pic of the meal. WOW . I asked her to bring them back to cook them more and she went to kitchen. She returned with the same fries and said the cook would not cook them further. I thought ok, well that ruins that part of the meal so I will try to enjoy the burger. Well that was certainly an understatement as the bun was not fresh and kind of flaky....almost bordering on staleness. The hamburger patty must have been cooked well in advance of the burger night and put into a warmer pan because it was sooo tough it was hard to eat and very dry. I never turn down a good burger but in this case...it was left only half eaten and the soggy fries were hardly touched. I took the meat patty out of the bun and tried to eat it with a fork but had a hard time to break it apart to even eat. The meal was disgusting...I really never complain but in this...

Host was very accommodating, Marco Rocca (the entertainer) played and sang great music/songs, the food was delicious and flavourful and the price was more than reasonable but the service was absolutely atrocious, brutal and virtually non existent!! The bartender, I think his name is Frank had the personality of a stump. He took his time to come to the table to take my order, even after I walked up to the bar and asked him if he would take my order (after waiting for a while already), he responded with I'll be right there... ten minutes later he gets to my table. When I gave my order I asked for the table to be wiped down as there was remnants on it, likely from a previous guest. He returns with my drink order and cutlery, which he places on the dirty table, REALLY!!!! I pick everything up off the table, so he could wipe the WHOLE table and he wipes whats on the table onto my lap, UGHH. I get my order IN GOOD TIME, yipeee and it's all there except for the extra blue cheese I had requested WHEN I ORDERED!!! What a shock, I ask him for another blue cheese... time passes and I'm half way through my wings and completely out of blue cheese. I get up, walk to the bar, I bring my empty glass for a refill of pop and ask for the blue cheese AGAIN. He fills the glass and runs off to get the blue cheese, MY HERO. Oh, he didn't have the state of mind to ask if my food was OK or not, another shocker. I honestly think it may have been an off night for the guy, but man it was so brutal that I could not over look it. Next time call in sick if you're not feelin it, don't ruin...
