Greco Pizza — Restaurant in Riverview

I had sent a complaint for the store on August 30th and on September 2nd my complaint was sent to the owner and district manager and I would receive a response. To this day I have not received a response even after replying to the email I received from customer service. I of course Donald the drive as it’s not his fault.

My original complaint was :

Placed my order at 5:12pm and received a notification my order is out for delivery at 5:42pm. I called at 6:05 and was told was sent out for delivery. I expressed concern food would be cold and then was told it just went out for delivery. Driver arrived about 5 minutes later and driver told me he had my food for about the 30 minutes. June 18, 2022. I placed an order for pizza delivery today at 11:42 am. I asked for delivery by 1:45 pm, but it didn't arrive after about 20 minutes, so I called the customer center and she responded very unkindly and transfer the phone to the store where I ordered also store staff very unkindly and then the pizza was very cold when it arrived.
