Pizza Gino Rosemere 2 Pour 1 — Restaurant in Rosemère

Don’t go buy any food at this restaurant!!! Today April 21, I received a pamphlet in the mail for Gino’s Pizzerias and since we never tried it we decided to order from there. We ordered 3 large pizzas. The menu says 41.75$ and we had a 4$ coupon rebate. When we picked up the pizza they charged us 46.95$. Which is 5.20 more. We told them there was a mistake so the girl asked if we wanted to speak to the owner. We had to edit at least 5 minutes for him to come out front. After we told him we were over charged he said that there was a mistake on the menu and he had new ones printed out. Well we told him that not our fault if there was a printing error and shouldn’t be charged an extra 5.20$ more. We asked to see the new menu and it’s still showing at the same price as my menu which I just received today!!! He’s a liar plain and simple. So if you feel like getting ripped off and treated with no respect by all means hi ahead but at least you are warned. Never going...

I order all the time from this place , never been so disappointed, everyone makes mistakes but this time was it , the girl on the phone made a mistake blaming the cook, she called me back twice to confirm the order, both orders where completely wrong, and when I called back they never tried to correct the mistake, after being on hold for 10 minutes they offered me 5.00$ off my next order on a 40$ order plus tip …. Or even try to send the correct food soggy fries in cooked pizza wrong toppings just horrible customer service, this is the last...

I like Gino most of the time, but last time I ordered, the driver got here and just took my money and left with the change. Didn't even let me attempt to tip him, he just didn't give me back my change. Extremely disrespectful and I bet he did this because I was young. The food isn't bad but clearly they need higher standards when hiring their staff because the rudeness from one of their drivers is enough to not want me to order there again. Lost a customer because of a horrible employee. Following this, I can't say I recommend...
