The best baked goods I’ve had in North America — truthfully! Ben and his wife have created a lovely spot with freshly baked bread, pastries and cakes that seem to draw in the entire town at times. Keep up the great work!

Wonderful bakery! Came upon a line of locals, standing in the cool fresh air and bakery aromas, all awaiting a chance to purchase a wide variety of baked breads and treats!

Interesting baked goods. Double baked almond croissant has almond filling. It’s rich and delicious!

Run by one of the loveliest couples you can imagine. My nephew worked there for awhile and said they were great to work for - and you can tell because the staff are always helpful and friendly.

The baked goods are fantastic. I'd put the baguettes and croissants up against anyone's, and their passion fruit tarts - well, just do yourself a favour and go taste.

Open part of the week for limited hours, so be prepared to jump on it as they sell out of the most popular...

I try to schedule trips to Rossland around when Hoopers is open. Even when I try to stick to a few things, I always take away more. The scones and all the croissants are favourites. As is the foccacia, sourdough and olive and rosemary baguettes. Okay really everything. But today I had the Earl Grey Croissant for the first time. It doesn't get any better than that. Wow! What a pure treat that was. Taking away from here is like a little...

This is the best bakery I have been to in BC (and better than many bakeries I went to in France). Rossland should consider itself lucky to have such a gem.
