Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Rouyn-Noranda

I have so many problem with this establishment. First, there was almost nothing ready in the morning. There was no donuts, no timbits or no other kind of pastry except muffins a some cookies. Second, there is no sanitation anywhere. The it looked like nobody cleaned the donut shelf. Icing everywhere. I am almost wondering if they even have anyone cleaning at the end of the night or during night time. Sanitation wise, the workers are really disgusting. The person making the food was also taking order and touching the screen without ever changing his gloves. The person making the food should not do anything else unless they change their gloves or wash their hands. Third is how fast the service is. It took 15 minutes to get one breakfast sandwich. From working to tims in the past and other fast food, it does not take that long putting bread in the toaster then putting three items in the sandwich. Also there was litteraly nothing more then 3 other people at the front and drive truh. Clearly things need to change if this place wants to work in the long run. It was not like that when i used to live in rouyn. I really dont know what happen in 4 years but it is really sad to see the business in such...

D'habitude mes visites chez Tim Horton sont tjrs agréable, le service et l'accueil sont agréable et chaleureux et la bouffe est tjrs très bonne, mais pour cette visite la manière dont j'ai été traité m'a vraiment surprise et déçue, mais une chance ceci est l'affaire d'une seule personne et non de tout le personnel!! Le 'Wrap' que jai commandé avait l'air d'avoir fait la guerre ainsi que son emballage qui était sale, on aurait dit qu'il était couvert de gravel, donc j'ai été voir la cuisinière, celle qui avait fait mon 'Wrap', et très poliment j'ai demandé si par accident elle avait échappé mon 'Wrap' par terre puisque l'emballage semblait couvert de gravel et le 'wrap' lui était pratiquement couper en deux, mais ça réponse à été vrm "stupide" elle m'a répondu que c'était probablement Moi qui avait échappé mon repas par terre et que c'était de ma faute s'il y avait dla gravel sur l'emballage et que mon 'wrap' était coupé en deux... (mort d'une hémorragie dans son emballage) non mais jpense que c'est bien la dernière réponse que je m'attendais...

Je demande deux bols coriandre et lime. Lorsque je reçois ma commande, j'ai aucun poulet dans les deux bols. Je rentre au tim horton et j'explique ma situation. Lorsque la fille le mentionne à la cuisinière blonde avec legging et converse noir, elle rit et elle mentionne que c'est pas la première fois que ça lui arrive et qu'elle savait qu'elle oubliait quelque chose. J'attend et je vois qu'elle texte et ne rajoute toujours pas mon poulet. La dame du service au volant décide de le faire sachant que j'attend. La jeune blonde mentionne qu'elle a vient juste de recevoir une demande d'ami sur Facebook. La moindre des choses c'est d'offrir un service normalement et la deuxième veut tu lâcher ton cell pis faire ta job? Si tu es présente pour seulement recevoir ta paie, il faut peut-être revoir la maturité de l'employé. Déjà que je me suis sur fait refuser mon BLT au début puisqu'il n'avait pas de...
