January 2024 fresh looking onion rings this time, but still no seasoning. Without the seasoning, they're just bland battered onions.

April 11,2022 onion rings, over cooked or old? and no seasoning. Taste is terrible 😞 I have to stop getting onion rings at this location. Some have amazing rings, but rarely this location. Rarely ever fresh Feb 9,2022 App wouldn't work so they made us pay full price for stale chewy onion rings and cold burgers. What is going on at this location. My favorite one is north main in wpg, but it's my one day off so asked hubby to go grab us a treat. I keep forgetting, it's a gamble at this location 😞 November 2021, Closed for renovations again lol please tell me you are putting in better... safer tiles in your bathroom this time. Well 2.5 years later and I went to use the washroom with extreme caution...I was sliding around like I was on a curling rink. They put a smoother floor in throughout the restuarant so now anyone will slip and fall if just wet grrrr. Too bad it won't let me post video. No sign out and floor very wet. Onion rings were doughy :( and the blt chicken sandwich I swear had real chicken on it, this time was a process chicken patty and stale bun $15 disappointment.

April 28,2017 Service and food were awesome. Unfortunately an employee washed the women's washroom floor with a greasy mop and now I have a sore backside. The owner contacted me asap so I was quite impressed. Will see how I feel in a couple days. People make mistakes. Unfortunately I have to be in pain for them to learn lol 5 months later. Still in pain but no contact from the owner. I was passed onto the insurance company. I had to pay for physio out of pocket and bill them at the end. Not cool. I couldn't afford to keep paying so I had to sign for my money back. I thought they were actually concerned but just for themselves I guess. I don't go inside anymore but I do use the drive thru and the girl at the window is always friendly and apologetic if there's any wait. I see renovations being done. Please include slip resistant flooring. (Haha nope I think the bathroom floor is like an ice rink now grrrrr)

September 8/21 Refried onion rings. Chewy and gross. Covered in seasoning to try to make them taste okay. I'll always wait for fresh rather than throw it out when no one...

My husband and I arrived at the drive thru on May 7th at approximately 8:45pm. There was no one in line and there was one other vehicle in the parking lot. No one else in resturant. We ordered 2 teen burger combos with our coupon(subbed one teen burger for a mozza) and upgraded to onion rings. We paid for our meal and was told to pull to stall one as our food was being prepared. We waited for about 5 mins for our food and this is how our food came to us. First we noticed both burgers were teen burgers. My husband's burger (which was suppose to be a mozza) was a teen burger. We noticed also that the bun was wet and the entire burger and burger bag was drenched in ketchup, mustard and mayo. He went inside the resturant with the receipt and showed it to them. The lady threw out the burger and asked the cook to make a mozza burger. While he was waiting, my teen burger was drenched in sauces also(see bottom of the burger covered in mustard and the inside of the bag i tried to remove most of the sauces off the veggies but it was soaked). Then my husband came back after they remade his burger and as he opend the bag, the burger was yet AGAIN drenched in sauce and the bun was wet AGAIN. They gave us 1 apple pie for the inconvience. We both were unhappy with our burgers so we ate as much as we could. Then eating our onion rings.... one of my onion rings was BURNT(see picture below). In summary, we HIGHLY recommend NOT coming to this location simply because of this experience we had. Very disappointed in the lack of presentation of their food and this is the last time we will be going to this location. We would rather drive into the city, selkirk or deacons corner instead but never coming...

Okay --- I was so happy when I heard that A&W was bringing back their whistle Dog!!! We went and we got a Whistle Dog, a baby hamburger [for the dog] a Mama Burger and onion rings as well as fries. Onion rings were okay [pretty greasy ] fries were about the same ,Mama was so-so ,but my beloved WHISTLE DOG was awful. I gave almost all of it to the dog -- Sorry Dog . It wasn't toasted ,it was soggy. The hot dog itself tasted cheap and had some kind of weird smoked sauce on it that was gag worthy . This A&W is not good and we have tried it a number of times to be sure it wasn't just an off day .The only A%W we will go to is the one on highway 207 and hopefully it is as good as it used to be . Lockport A&W should be given a pass . The place used to look nice too ,but it is not landscaped and weeds abound . At least try to make it inviting [?] Service is not all that great either .
