This was my first experience with this takeout only restaurant. Due to alergies we requested No MSG or seafood which was cordially accepted. Service was fast & friendly. Large food portions were received hot and well packed. Upon opening at home the food smelled very good and most looked very appetizing. The Shanghai rice noodles were very tasty. The deluxe vegetables were awesome. The chicken balls were large and not excessively breaded but the sweet n sour sauce had a strange taste & texture. The Pork fried rice was hard and the generous portions of pork therein were tough as though it had been microwaved instead of made fresh. The Lemon chicken was heavily breaded with the breading very hard. The ends of the chicken inside were discolored - appearing to possibly to be freezer burnt. I hate to put down any establishment that depends on customer satisfaction to be successful, and I should add that we enjoyed the take out from here when we last had it. This time however, and on top of how brutally expensive it was, the food was unacceptable. Couldn't tell the beef from the chicken (both were pale white - even the dog wasn't interested), and the vegetables were mushy and tasteless.
