First and foremost, I love pizza hut. It has been my favorite chain pizza since I was a young child.

This location is the embodiment of what the worst pizza huts run like today. I have not had a worse pizza hut experience to date.

I pre ordered online, and headed off to collect my favourite pizzas of all time. I arrived 2 minutes early and had a smoke to kill time. 5 minutes after I walked inside my order was cleared as ready on the screen. I was delighted as I went to the cash to pay.

Upon meeting the cashier/cook and thereafter, my excitement dwindled into frustration and disappointment.

The young man said one pizza is ready the next will be out soon. Great, here is my money.

I soon discovered my second pizza had not been put in the oven yet.

I see a pizza holder to keep pizzas warm (I should mention I've managed a kitchen so am very familiar with procedures and equipment) and to my dismay it was on and empty, l saw multiple pizzas go in and out while my delicious fresh pizza sat on the packing table waiting for it's companion.

An excruciating 20 minutes went by as I watched some horrific customer service take place (they were very rude to a French speaking couple that came in particular) and then I saw my second pizza come out of the oven.

They attempted to get me to pay a second time before allowing me to leave.

The pizza is pizza hut, it looks like it's from pizza pizza. I am devastated.

How can this be pizza hut. The crust was wrong, where's my nice fluffy crispy just slightly greasy delicious pan pizza crust?this was a piece of flimsy paper that tasted loke cardboard. the peperoni was missing, half of the cold pizza was burnt and the stuffed crust pizza had the cheese melted out of the crust somehow.

I am inexplicably flummoxed at what went awry in the establishment.

This location, compared to cassleman, is a disappointing dumpster fire. I believe in second chances but cheese and rice that was the worst experience I've had in a long time, and all the worse at one of my favourite of all time pizza joints.

For the 2nd week in a row they ignored the customized options I input when ordering. The first week we let it slide because we don't live nearby and driving back would have been a hassle. However today I checked the pizzas at pick up. 2 of the 3 were made incorrectly. I let the cashier know that this had happened two weeks in a row now. He argued with me and said it was a specialty pizza - to which I reminded him that specialty pizzas could still be customized when ordering online. He continued to argue until I showed him my order, which is automatically sent to your email once the order is placed. He showed me his version - which admittedly did not contain the customized options. However, arguing with a customer is poor customer service in my opinion. There must be a glitch in their ordering system but the onus is on the company to make it right. For 2 incorrectly made pizzas I was offered $3 off the bill. After discussion I was offered $5 off or to remake them. I asked him to remake them and waited the additional time to ensure it was done correctly. Although we enjoy our Sunday night pizza we will return to Dominos, where they acknowledge if a mistake has been made (rare) and strive to make it right. Oh Pizza Hut!!! We have tried to order from here numerous times… however, they are always out of medium and often out of large sized pan pizzas.

When I tried to order, they were again, out of pan pizzas. Really not wanting to cook after putting my 7 month old in bed, I ordered their medium stuffed crust pizza with garlic bread sticks. I picked it up, got home… when I opened the box, it was parmesan saucy wings, fries, and mozzarella sticks, with another side of wings (instead of garlic bread). 🤷🏼‍♀️

I called Pizza Hut to let them know. And the guy in the call centre says the store is now closed and cannot validate with the store. Pizza —— Wings. Garlic bread —— More Wings. I was offered a credit to my account with the amount I paid instead of a refund, even though I never usually order stuffed pizzas, I like a good old pan pizza with garlic dip. God knows when they will have medium pan pizzas in stock for me to order. I ended up making myself a salad and saved the calories. 😄 All this to save me the hassle of cooking. I ended up driving, calling the call centre, and still making food. What a weird turn of...
