Benny&Co. — Restaurant in Saint-Apollinaire

It is Quebec’s largest family-owned rotisserie chain. While driving back to Jersey from Canada, I stopped for re-fueling and it was lunch time. Saw this restaurant, I thought it would be the same Louisiana chicken or KFC, but seems, all of Canada wanted to sell Rotisserie chicken.

benny & co is not different. Rotisserie is their specialty with other items (like fries, chicken-flavored rice, a quinoa/rice mix, a garden, or Caesar salad), which mostly operates take-out and delivery locations.

We ordered 1/2 rotisserie chicken, and it came with fries. By look, this joint doesn't look like any fast-food chain, they have maintained it very well with restrooms.

I like to leave positive reviews. I cannot for this place. What kind of a chicken place, on a Saturday afternoon, is out of chicken? This place!! Horrible customer service in giving different options. Seriously, no chicken!! Then, when using the women's washroom, I come out of my stall, and there is this male employee just standing there inside the womens washroom. What the heck?? He did not announce himself to check whether there was someone in there if he wanted to clean. Avoid this place...

We dropped by here when we headed from Quebec to Montréal. This was our first time to eat at Benny & Co, since we are from States. I was surprised that restaurant was really clean, well maintained. Food was tasty definitely healthier than American food. We ordered Eco Family Jr. and Caesar salad for our family of 4. It was more than enough. We’ll visit Benny & Co next time we visit...
