Sushi Shop — Restaurant in Saint-Apollinaire

After being turned away from a Sushi Shop at a different location with no other customers in the restaurant because there was only 1 employee and told us it would be a 45mins wait with all the online orders… my daughters asked to go to another location. We walked into this Sushi Shop around 4pm on the same day and there was 3 employees working, but as we were looking at the menu was told that they would only start making our order after 1 hour and 30 mins! There was only 1 other customer in the restaurant. This makes no sense! Why are there tables in this place if they will make you wait up to an hour and a half for your order in person. It’s too bad because we love going to Sushi Shop but seems it’s a take out only...

Le service était lamentable. Les jeunes derrière le comptoir n'avaient clairement pas le goût de me recevoir et de prendre ma commande. Ils disaient qu'ils étaient débordés et qu'il y avait de l'attente. Il y avait un client et moi qui voulais commander juste pour moi. Je comprend qu'ils avaient sûrement des commandes téléphoniques etc. Mais on m'a dit que ça dépend du sushi que je choisirai. Après, ça niaisait entre eux et parlaient avec un autre jeune au comptoir venu faire du social. Au proprio.....au lieu de répondre des phrases toutes faites qui ne règlent aucun problème (parce que je vois que je ne suis clairement pas la seule qui trouve que c'est ordinaire comme service ce resto) Répondez ce que vous avez l'intention de faire parce je n'ai pas vraiment l'impression que le service à la clientèle fait parti de votre culture d'entreprise.
