Ben & Florentine — Restaurant in Saint-Basile-le-Grand

This establishment in St. Basile-Le-Grand has really gone down the tubes over the years.

Food: dried up sausages that clearly have been sitting around the kitchen for hours. Dried up old fruit that might have been recycled from another plate and the eggs-when offered over easy they arrived runny and undercooked.

-Service: was subpar and un attentive. No coffee refills, can’t even get complementary glasses of water and needed to chase after the waitress for our bill because she was too occupied chatting and having a laugh with her colleagues.

-Atmosphere: My 9year old daughter and I were place in a booth in front of the kitchen area and to my dismay as a parent, we couldn’t stop hearing the kitchen staff yelling and swearing. Not very...

samedi matin entre 8 heures et environ 8:30 je sui aller pour déjeuner comme je fais a chaque fds le dimanche aussi. Je me fais recevoir par une jeune fille au sourire éclatant et super gentille, je m'assoie et attend....... 5 ...7.....10......et peut être 15 minutes sans que personne m'offre café ou autre chose ,je me lève donc et me dirige vers la cuisine pour leur dire que je veut déjeuner non pas DÎNER et on me donne comme réponse " hooo c'est Casandra mais elle n'est pas là " mauvaise réponse je me fou de qui devait me servir , je prend donc mes choses et quitte..... quelques minutes plus tard je suis attablé chez eggsqui et contacte par téléphone le resto ben& florentine que je viens de quitter pour parler au patron et ont me répond qu'il n'est pas j'explique au gérant la situation qui vient de ce produire et il me que ceci est inconcevable alors je lui demande si le patron voudrais me contacter.,nous sommes rendus lundi matin et pas de nouvelles de ce patron men déduit que comme ces employés il se fou de la clientèle ..... petite statistique qui date des années 90 pour chaque client qui ce plaigne il y en as 27 qui ne reviennent pas sans dire un mot .....
