McDonald's — Restaurant in Saint-Basile-le-Grand

Third visit to this location and third time there is missing something on my orders.

This locations food is the same most other locations, but the level of service is very poor.

Last visit, guy at the drive didn't bother asking if that was all while I was placing my order and had to get his attention to finish the order.

Every time I ordered, it was for several people. Missing dipping sauce on the first order. Second order missing a fry. Third order missing a breakfast sandwich. Called the store once was left on hold for 10 min and then gave up.

Last point is, there are no mobile parking spots. Would be nice though. But this could be due to sharing the parking with the gas station. So won't hold that...

I've been coming to this restaurant for more than 10 years but in past year, it has gone from bad to worse. They have shut down the counter multiple occasions or totally close down restaurant in early morning. I made a mobile order for promotional item, paid with credit card, when I got to restaurant, they claim that did not receive it and the promotion isn't valid. So my option is to either order directly at counter without promotion and risk being billed on credit card from the previous order Or walk away. I walked away. I have never left a...

I'm not the guy who rants usually but McDonald in St-Basile-le-Grand is the worst I've ever visit. Car service is very slow and 8 times out of 10 the order is not correct even after vocal confirmation from the employee. Sometimes you get the order from the car behind you.
