Restaurant La Belle Province — Restaurant in Saint-Basile-le-Grand

I drove up to this place by chance and I must say it was great. I walked in and a cute little cashier took my order and there were quite a few people in line and I ordered 2 steamies and a Italian poutine. The hot dogs never made it out of the parking cuz I ate them right away and they were good. Then I had the poutine and it was wonderful. When I walked in there was a sign on the door saying they were hiring and once inside there was a sign saying please be patient we are short on staff but the people who were working were great. I will definitely be returning and I recommend this...

Normally I like la belle province, BUT....The last time I order food, I asked for a cheeseburger to go. Get home, and only had a hamburger. Today I went with my kids, and advised them of their mistake. Was told "the best I can do is to give you a slice of cheese...but I wont put extra cheese on your poutines". Kids were still hunger; so instead of ordering more food, I went to the next door pizza place which gave great service. Guess ill have to choose other options...

Totally upsetting, I bought nearly 50$ of food for 3 (Poutine, 2 hotdogs and beverages each) food is disgusting, no taste. The fries, if you could call it that, stale over done and recooked in dirty oil. The sauce was light and watered down with no taste and bland hotdogs rubber tasting!!!! I don’t...
