Très bel endroit où la cheffe cuisine devant le client sur un piano à 8 ou 10 brûleurs. Assez bluffant ! Tout est frais, cuisiné devant soi sauf les rouleurs de printemps qui sont décongelés au micro ondes puis grillés rapidement à la poêle afin de leur redonner du croquant. C'était délicieux et le personnel est super gentil. On était 6, on a tous pris un plat différent 🤓

Dans le fond, tu choisis viande blanche ou rouge ou poisson/crustacés, tu choisis les pâtes qui vont accompagner ton plat et la sauce OU tu choisis un des assortiments proposés et tu l'accompagne des pâtes de ton choix. Genre un Mac n cheese mais aux spaghettis? Pas de soucis. Les pâtes sont fraîches donc cuisent hyper vite.
