Stopped by for a breakfast. I ordered online and, as it was -30c, I drove through with the intention of giving my app order number and get my order. I was so surprised that the lady in the speaker said that I have to park and enter physically to get my order at the counter. I asked if she can just grab the order and pass it on to the guy at the window and she said they can’t do it! What a silly procedure that Tim Horton’s came up with. When I entered I saw that the counter was not ne foot away from the window where order are served for drivers. I’m not blaming the young workers at Tim Hortons, but a strange procedure that lacks common sense.

Read morePlaced a mobile order for two iced vanilla lattes and arrived a few minutes later. I went inside to pick it up and they left me waiting 15 minutes while they served people who had ordered long after I did. Many of the employees looked at me multiple times, but didn’t make an attempt to interact. Once I finally got the drinks, one was not stirred properly and the other didn’t have the vanilla flavouring.
