L'Usine Restaurant Bar St-Jérôme — Restaurant in Saint-Jérôme

For the price of the food I expected more. Not meaning the amount of food on the plate, I mean everything in general. From service to taste of food to furniture.

It's a strange thing to not even be served water without asking. I was served the wrong plate two times. To me knowing what plate goes to what person is service 101. The table and chairs were un leveled and everything knocked from side to side.

I see alot of potential in the restaurant and do hope that changes and fixes can be made in the future. As for now I do not plan...

Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant. Ma femme et moi sommes allés le 17 janvier 2025 pour une rare sortie en amoureux. Nous avions une réservation à 18h15, et nous nous sommes présentés à 18h05. La serveuse était très gentille, mais semblait débordée pour nous servir convenablement.

À 19h00, nous n’avions toujours pas reçu nos entrées et avons dû le signaler. Nous avons expliqué à ce moment-là que nous avions une activité prévue à 20h45 et que nous devions partir au plus tard à 20h30. À 20h10, nous n’avions toujours pas reçu notre plat principal (après 2h05 sur place).

Je me suis donc levé pour demander l’addition, espérant trouver quelque chose à manger à proximité avant notre activité. Cinq minutes plus tard, nous avons finalement reçu nos assiettes de tartare avec des frites froides… mais malheureusement, plus de temps pour un café ou un dessert.

Sans parler du fait qu’il fallait attendre longtemps entre chaque consommation, au point de mourir de soif. La serveuse était désolée, mais cela a tout de même mis un gros bémol sur notre soirée. Elle nous a offert une consommation pour compenser, mais bon.

Le plus frustrant dans tout cela, c’est que, derrière nous, au bar, un groupe arrivé après nous, apparemment ami avec le personnel, a été servi rapidement tout au long de la soirée. Il semble qu’il faille être proche du staff pour être servi rapidement.

Point positif : notre tartare était froid… tout...

Went there for a comedy show while my girlfriend was at at the other bar upstairs i was the dedicated driver so when the waitress came and asked me if i wanted anything to drink i said no thank you maybe 5 minute after that the owner came to talk to me and tried to intimidate me by saying so your coming into my bar and not buying any drink. Was very unprofessional after that the waitress told me that the owner asked her to start yelling at me so at that point...
