Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Saint-Jérôme

Got the Treat box for a night with my 2 kids. The package was misrepresented on the ad, or I guess they didn't have any left, instead of a triple deck box with the pizzas and rest, it all came in seperate packaging. 2 Pizzas, 5 breadsticks, 8 boneless chicken(it's nuggets), 2 dips, 10 mini-Cinabbons, 42$ taxes included, not bad price. The nugget to container was smushed, the poor delivery girl had to try and carry all the separate boxes.

Nuggets: Great! I chose spicy buffalo, and it was spicy, not kidding with the sauce. Good meat on there. Breadsticks: Fantastic, well seasoned, parmesan taste, wonderful. Dips: Superb! As expected from marinara and Cheddar jalapeno. Pizzas: Eh. It's not the best around. The dough is so airy that it feels like you never get full. Toppings are a bit thrown around. The canadian bacon one was better because it had a better spread of meat. Cinabbon: Delicous, very small, but...

Bon restaurant mes quelque fois il font des erreur..javais commander une medium peperonie fromage et une large pareil avec croutte farcie et il mon donner une large avec sauce Alfredo plein de champignon et ma conjointe ne mange pas defois je commande les patte Alfredo gratiné et il me donne un repas qui a l'aire un michelinas comme dans les épicerie qui est pas pareil que le gratiné sinon une fois y mon retourné de bord par ce que y avais trop de monde et un fourno avais brisé j'ai fais une plainte par rapport à sa et il mon donner un rabais de 25 dollars sur une autre commande pour le désagrément...sinon le service au caisse est bon ...ce soir j'ai été commander et ma voiture ne voulais plus démarré a cause de ma batterie j'ai demander à un livreur de m'aidé quand sa prend 30 seconde de sa vie pour me booster il ma répondu bête comme sa ce peu pas ..2 min plus tard un autre livreur est arrivé je lui est demander si il pourrais me donner un coup de main et il a accepter et je ler remercier et souhaité une bonne année voilà mon expérience au Pizza Hut en espérant que l'année 2019 serra beaucoup mieu et que les gens sois plus attentif et plus civilisé et à l'écoute des gent pas juste dans les restaurant mes en...

Ordered for 6 people, only got a small pizza with breadsticks. Took 1h30 for the Skip driver to get the order. Called to complain, no answers. When I finally reached them, they told me they're gonna refund my order, but no now, they'd call me back 1h later or the next day. It's been a week now, called 3 times, nobody can never do it now.
