However, rarely do I have an opportunity to really give rave reviews such as I one that I'm giving now. The owner's name is Marco. When he saw that I spoke French with an English accent, he offered to speak to me in English. I told him about my partner and his dietary needs and Marco suggested his Porc Ramen. It was delicious! There were several items on the menu that I want to return and try myself. Marco gets an A+ for variety. Read moreThe food was great. I got the bibimbap with pork and pineapple. My wife got a taco bowl with chicken. We got our order to go. The server behind the counter seemed suicidally depressed or painfully shy or both. Maybe it was my terrible French. Can't say for sure. But she seemed lost in some fundamental way.
She forgot to give us cutlery. We only realized this later, at a park. I had to beg a chip truck for plastic forks. I waved $5 in the face of the chip truck lady, but she gave me forks for free.

As other reviewers have noted, though, the young woman behind the counter was astonishingly impolite… so much so that this 5-star resto gets 3 stars.
Our experience mimicked others’, with forgotten utensils, forgotten napkins, and - when these were requested- service that was “suicidally depressed or painfully shy or both.” Or she’s just really, really, really rude.
